Please follow the registration process carefully. It will take you off this site at one point to RegattaCentral.com so that your parents can sign an electronic waiver. After signing the electronic waiver you will receive a USRowing membership number. With that number you can return to this registration page, and complete the process.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that my / my child's participation involves rowing in an open craft in a physically demanding activity where there may be unusual risks to my health and safety. In addition, I understand that certain on-shore activities such as carrying boats, may pose unusual risks to my health and safety. My decision to participate in this program is made by me in full recognition of these risks and is entirely voluntary. I represent that I am in adequate physical condition to participate in these activities and that I will notify the coach or board of Teaneck Rowing Club if I develop any physical or health condition that may affect my ability to participate in these activities without posing a danger to my health or safety or the health and safety of others. In consider of your acceptance of this application, I hereby agree for myself, my executors, administrators and assigns to hold harmless the Teaneck Rowing Club, its board of directors, officers, employees, representatives, successors, agents and assigns form all liability on account of injury, loss, claim or damage to my health, well-being or property during my participation in this program.
HEALTH INFORMATION
Do you / Does your child have any physical disorder or health condition (such as asthma, diabetes, heart problems, seizures, or back, joint or muscular problems, allergies) or any other condition that may affect your ability to row safely, or that your coach should know about?

Furthermore I understand that my / my child's participation in the Teaneck High School Crew Team depends on clearance by the Teaneck High School Nurse and the THS Athletic Department. Please make sure that the word "CREW" appears on your yellow physical card, and that you have initiated the process for your physical and academic clearance.
ABILITY TO SWIM CERTIFICATION
A prerequisit for participation in the sport of rowing is that I am / my child is able to swim and can remain afloat for at least 5 minutes. A formal swim test will be conducted through the THS Crew Team.
UNIFORM SIZES
As a member of the THS Crew Team you / your child will receive jacket (which you need to return if you are no longer on the crew team), and a nuisuit (which you will be able to keep). In order to place the correct order for you please provide the following size information:

Any data collected on this form will not be shared with anyone outside of Teaneck Rowing. Mailing addresses or email addresses may be used for communications from Teaneck Rowing Club, but not beyond that.
There is a $80 Participation Fee for being part of the THS Crew Team.
